How garment remodelling works
At Seshadripuram Stitch, every project starts with an inspection of the garment, its construction, and the condition of the fabric. That review helps determine whether the piece is better suited to alteration, redesign, or upcycling.
For remodelling projects, the next step is a redesign consultation. We discuss the concept, confirm the scope, and prepare a quote based on the garment and the requested changes. If extra materials are needed, they are quoted separately after availability is checked.

A clear process helps you understand what can be altered, redesigned, or upcycled before any work begins.
The work is approved before it begins, and any additional steps are discussed before proceeding. This approach is especially useful for vintage pieces and sentimental garments, where the original fabric and structure matter as much as the final fit.
Before collection, the finished garment is reviewed again for fit or finish. Small final adjustments can be handled carefully at that stage, while keeping the agreed design intact.
