01Appointments are available by phone, email, contact form, or fitting appointment. Monday to Friday, we work by appointment from 09:00 to 19:00, and Saturday is by appointment. Sunday is closed.

When will I receive a quote?
02We review the garment, fabric, and requested fit before sharing a quote. For redesign work, the concept and scope are confirmed first, and supplementary materials are quoted separately if needed.

03Yes. We handle fit updates, redesign, and upcycling for garments with sentimental value, vintage pieces, and items where the original construction and fabric condition need careful review.
How long does a redesign project take?
04Completion depends on the garment and project scope. Redesign work is usually planned after approval, with turnaround often estimated at 10 to 20 business days, but timing is confirmed after inspection.
Is there a final fitting at collection?
05Yes. We check the fit or finish again at collection, and any small final adjustment is handled carefully without changing the agreed design.
